Modulacc is now seeking to appoint an experienced and talented Health and Safety officer to join its team at this exciting stage of its growth.
Working closely with the Project Management team the Site Install Supervisor will ensure that we safely deliver quality , low energy buildings that meet our client’s expectation. Role Responsibilities
- The Install supervisor will lead a multi-disciplinary team fit, secure and seal our pre-assembled modular building on site.
- You will be responsible for executing the onsite plan, co-ordinating with Crane, Haulage, Modulacc team and other contractors while on site
- The role will require you to troubleshoot problems as they occur
- You will be responsible for ensuring that the buildings are assembled in accordance to Modulacc SOP which will include but not limited to;
- Setting out and levelling
- Fixing down
- Bolting and Tightening
- Weather Tightness
- Internal and External sealing and finish detailing
- Air-tightness detailing
- Snagging
Essential Requirements for the role
- Trade Qualified
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role as team leader
- Analytical thinker with demonstrated problem solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and within a strict deadline environment
- Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills; able to manage projects simultaneously without compromising on standards and quality.
- Self-driven, results-orientated with a positive outlook
