Project Description
Carrigtwohill Community College is a newly opened second-level educational facility under the patronage of Cork Education and Training Board and the Diocese of Cloyne. They opened their doors in August 2016 with an initial enrolment of forty-three 1st year students. The college is currently located in Fota Business Park, on the outskirts of Carrigtwohill village, where it will remain for a three-year period. Following this, Carrigtwohill Community College will be rehoused in a newly built state of the art College which will cater for up to 1,000 students
We were commissioned by the Cork Education and Training Board to design, build and install five Post Primary Classrooms, a Stand-Alone Toilet Block – for male /female / disability access and a Science Block – consisting of a Classroom and Preparation Room with Chemical Store.
The project was fully completed over two phases well within the timeframe set out by the College
