Marketing & Communications Lead

Permanent Part-time Role – 20 hours per week

MODULACC Ltd. is a leading supplier of energy efficient modular buildings to the Irish market. Led by principles of innovation and sustainability, the Limerick-based company designs, manufactures and installs modular buildings for schools, colleges, commercial and health sector clients across Ireland.

The company now wishes to recruit a Marketing & Communications Lead to join in delivering the next phase of their strategic ambitions.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Marketing & Communications Lead will be a vital member of the established and growing MODULACC team.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Development of a marketing & communications strategy
  • Becoming the primary coordinator for all brand, marketing, and communications activity at MODULACC
  • Manage, optimise, and develop MODULACC digital touchpoints including website and social channels.
  • Manage the MODULACC Search Engine Marketing and Search Engine Optimisation objectives
  • Create engaging, informative, and impactful content and brand collateral in support of the MODULACC business objectives.
  • Collaborating with the Commercial team to successfully acquire, nurture and convert leads to customers.
  • Optimise the Customer Journey through research and insight.
  • Manage 3rd party relationships with creative and marketing agencies.

Selection Criteria

The selection criteria for the ideal candidate will include:

  • A self-starter who has 5+ years’ experience working autonomously to deliver marketing success.
  • Demonstratable experience in B2B marketing and communications.
  • Experience in creating and delivering all forms of B2B content (e.g., web, blog, case studies, white papers, eBooks, presentations)
  • Able to communicate plans and results to cross-functional team members and senior leadership.
  • Demonstrable success with SEO and SEM campaigns.
  • Experience managing creative and marketing agencies.
  • Experience using CRM platforms to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Excellent communicator, including keen listening skills. Be creative and innovative.
  • A fast learner, able to understand new, innovative, and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborative, able to work across functional teams.
  • Detail oriented, well organised, efficient with time management and deadlines.
  • Ability to work at a fast pace, challenge and drive results and track success.
