Project Management

Modulacc provide a full end to end Modular Building Solution. You can rest assured that your project is in good hands.

You will be assigned a Project Manager dedicated to your building. They will be your liaison within our team and will provide you with updated feedback on your Modular Build progress and will focus on hitting the various milestones throughout the project.

Our In-House Design Team will work with you to ensure your Classroom, Healthcare or Commercial Modular Building is tailored to your exact specification, exactly as you need it.

When you are happy with your design, we then enter the Build phase. Your building will be constructed offsite at our Limerick factory, ensuring there is zero disruption at your site / premises. We then complete our 30- point quality inspection, performed by our eagle-eyed quality team. We test plumbing, electrics, finished, door handles, hinges, windows, latches etc. We ensure that every Modular Building is 100% ready to work exactly as expected.

We operate our own transport delivery fleet so we can provide quick and smooth installs. We have the experience, expertise and equipment to install – even in challenging areas. Our Service team are on the road ready to support your maintenance needs, when you need us, we are there.

Built to endure. Built Sustainably. Built Better.
