For close to 50 years, we have delivered high-performing building solutions for all budgets, empowering businesses across Ireland to do their best work.

Founded in 1979 as Castlecabin by Tom Chawke, the company began as a family-run business supplying jackleg cabins and containers to the construction and event sectors from its headquarters in Castletroy, Limerick. Now, chaired by his son, Tony, the business has grown significantly, evolving to meet the changing needs of its clients, entering new markets. In 2021, as part of our evolution, Castlecabin rebranded to Modulacc and we opened up a second factory in Atlas Avenue, Limerick.

Today, we are one of Ireland’s leading manufacturers and suppliers of modular buildings and instant space solutions.
