Building Block Extension Grant
This grant provides funding to early years childcare services, helping providers to meet demand.
Community providers can apply for grants from €100,000 to €530,000, while private providers can apply for €50,000 to €265,000.
The closing date for applications is 31 July 2026.

Our Process
Consultation
We ensure the project scope is fully considered at the outset. This allows us to develop concept designs for review before completing the detailed design and commencing off-site manufacturing and on-site construction.
Off-Site Manufacturing
Our highly experienced team ensure the building modules are manufactured to the highest quality while minimising health and safety risks and potential delays. Following the final inspection, the modules are prepared for transport to your site.
On-Site Construction
In parallel with off-site manufacturing, our team complete on-site construction work in preparation for the building installation. We manage all aspect of transport and logistics related to the installation, enabling us to efficiently complete fit-out and commissioning so you can enjoy your new space at the earliest opportunity.
