Villiers School, North Circular Road, Limerick

Villiers School is an independent co-educational, fee-paying day and boarding secondary school located on the North Circular Road in Limerick. Founded in 1821, Villiers has a strong international reputation and currently accommodates Students from all over the world.

Our brief was to provide the school with  534m² of permanent, sustainable and energy saving Modular Classrooms over 2 phases. Phase One consisted of Seven NZEB compliant Classrooms with a 50 Year + Lifespan, complete with Sanitary Facilities.  Phase Two comprised of a 113m² secondary school classroom again designed and built with durability, energy savings and cost effectiveness in mind.  The classrooms were built offsite in our Limerick factory and were installed by the Castlecabin team with our usual speed and efficiency.
